As many of you know I am a huge fan of Allens Liquid Laundry Soap and their Stink Out. Allens is the most widely recommended and approved laundry detergent by most major cloth diaper manufactures. SoftBums H-Pods Disposable Bamboo Inserts:

SoftBums is one of my favorite cloth diapers! They were the first diaper I put on my daughter.  SoftBums recently added Hybrid Inserts called H-Pods to their line up. H-Pods are disposable bamboo inserts.

H-pods are a hybrid disposable insert are one-size. And they fit in both the Omni and Eco shells. They are made from bamboo viscose. H-pods come in packs of 20 for $7.95. That's about 39 cents per diaper. SoftBums recommends using one pod for younger babies or two pods stacked together for toddlers or overnights. If you have a toddler, the cost becomes 78 cents a diaper change. H-pods are also biodegradable. And they are just as absorbent as their Large Pods. 

The H-pod is a great alternative for those times you need to use a disposable diaper. Or if you're traveling, going camping or have to use a diaper cream that isn't safe for cloth.  I can't recommend the H-pod enough to all of you who love SoftBums just as much as me.
